A COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Development is more than getting reps. We work to understand the player’s role, identify areas that can make the greatest impact, and use what happens in competition to help guide purposeful work on the court.
TRAIN → STUDY → APPLY → REVIEW
What happens in games helps determine what we work on. What we work on is evaluated when the player returns to competition.

PLAYER OWNERSHIP
Your development belongs to you.
Ponos provides the coaching, analysis, feedback, and environment but meaningful development requires engagement from the athlete.
Players are encouraged to communicate, ask questions, study their game, understand what they're working on and why, and take responsibility for applying what they learn.
Our goal isn't to create players who depend on a trainer. It's to develop players who understand their game, make intentional decisions, and take ownership of their development.
DEVELOPMENT THAT EVOLVES WITH YOUR SEASON
PRESEASON DEVELOPMENT
Establish direction before the season begins.
Preseason development focuses on understanding the athlete's role, identifying areas that can have the greatest impact, and building purposeful on-court work around those priorities.
Training adapts to the athlete's goals, timeline, team schedule, and preparation needs.
IN-SEASON DEVELOPMENT
Development doesn't stop when games begin.
Training evolves around competition, playing time, team workload, physical readiness, travel, and what is currently showing up in games.
Film and performance can help guide what we address next, connecting competition back to purposeful work on the court.
